Cake: "Birds Milk".
2 oz (40 g) Gelatin
2 cups milk
12 oz (300 g) butter
10 ea eggs
2 cups sugar
1 tbsp flour
6 oz (150 g) water
vanillin to taste
1. Put Gelatin into 150 g warm water, leave for 30 minutes.
In a mixing bowl whisk the egg yolks with 1 cup the sugar, pour the milk. Mix, bring to boil "on the water bath".
2. Cool the mixture , add the butter and vanillin. Beat in the food processor.
Gelatin bring to heat, stirring (but not boil), percolate, chill.
3. In another bowl whisk the egg whites with 1 cup of sugar until soft peaks form.
Add gelatin into egg whites mixture and stir into the mixture carefully. Combine with beaten butter.
Put the mixture to the Teflon form. Chill. Cover the top with a glaze.
Combine Cacao 5 tbsp., milk Ç tbsp., sugar 1 cup, butter 50 g. (2 oz). All mix and bring to boil. Chill. Put into the refrigerator.
