White gingerbreads with starch.Ingredients:

200 g (7 oz) sugar, 
50 g (1,8 oz)  wheat flour,
100 g (3,5 oz) starch.
4 eggs, beaten,
200 g (7 oz) almonds, finely chopped.
1 nutmeg, ground.
pinch ground spices: cinnamon, cardamom.

Method:

1. Whisk eggs. Combine with sugar. 

2. Gradually add all remained ingredients in 3 additions, mixing after each addition.

Knead the dough. Roll out dough on a well floured surface. Put crust on greased baking sheet, and bake in temperature 200-220 / 392 - 428 F oven.
