Beans Salad with tomato sauce.
500 grams (1 lb) white beans, washed.
3 -4 tbsp tomato sauce
1 onion, finely chopped and fried.
2 - 3 tbsp olive oil
1 cup parsley, dill, Celery - chopped
1. Place white beans in a bowl of water and leave them overnight to soften (reduces boiling time). Boil, cook until beans are soft. When cooked, rinse.
2. Place beans in a serving dish and add tomato sauce, salt to taste, onion, parsley, dill. Pour olive oil over beans. Decorate with Celery leaves. Serve in room temperature.
