Salad - Carrot with nettles and walnuts.
5 carrot, scraped and grated.
4 tbsp washed nettles, or spinach.
4 garlic cloves, crushed.
1 tbsp walnuts, chopped, toasted.
2 tbsp green onion, chopped.
1 tbsp lime juice.
4 tbsp mayonnaise.
1. Wash nettles, rinse with boiling water several times. Strain and drain well. Chop nettles finely.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Season, add mayonnaise and stir. Decorate and serve.
