Ice cream, with apples puree.
2 apples, medium, washed, baked and peeled, cored.
3 tbsp sugar.
100 g (3,5 oz) cream.
2 egg yolks.
1. Make puree from baked peeled and cored, deseeded apples. Set aside.
2. Blend sugar with yolks and cream. Bring the mixture to heat but not boil, stir constantly.
3. Take away from the heat. Add apples puree, stir. Blend very well to became homogeneous. Chill (place the pot with milk mix into pot with cold water to chill).
4. Pour into molds and put into fridge freezer to congeal.
Serve with nuts.
