Peach in the wine.
300 g (10,6 ) water
1,5 kg (3,3, lb) peaches
500 g (1,1 lb) sugar
150 g (5,3 oz) wine
1 tbsp lime juice
1. Wash peaches, put into boiled water for 2 minutes, to rinse with cold water. Strain and drain well. Remove the skin from peaches.
2. Bring to boil the water with the cinnamon and sugar. Add peaches and cloves, cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Add wine, lime juice and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Pack peaches into sterilized jars. Pour boiling hot syrup over peaches. Adjust caps. Process for 5 minutes in boiling water bath and seal.
