Cabbage with sprouts and cream.
4 - 5 tbsp oats seeds,
100 g (3,5 oz) cabbage, washed, shredded.
100 g (3,5 oz) apples, washed and grated.
1/2 lemon, ground.
1 tbsp honey.
200 g (7 oz) Clabber (or cream).
1. Make oats sprouts: Put washed oats in to water, soak in the water for 12 hours. Rinse it and leave the plate almost covered with fresh water and top with wet towel for 2 days in warm place.
2. Mix sprouts with remained ingredients. Decorate with whisked clabber (or cream) with honey.
