Honey Kissel (jelly) - a wonderful and easy dish for anyone to try.

Ingredients:

1 tsp honey
8 oz milk.
1/4 - 2/3 oz potato starch

Method:

You need 12 - 15 grams (1/2 oz) of potato starch for thick kissel, 8 - 10 grams (2/3 oz) for medium thick kissel and 4 - 7 grams (1/4 oz) for thin kissel. 190 - 200 grams (8 oz - 0,5 lb) of milk is required for one portion of kissel.

1. Add the honey to boiled milk. Reduce the heat.

2. <*> Potato starch mix thoroughly in a dollop of milk, and than gradually add to boiled milk, constantly stirring! Simmer for 1 - 2 minute on low heat, stirring regularly.

3. Dust generously with icing sugar. Serve warm or cool to taste.
