Liver in sour cream sauce.
150 g (5,3) Liver, chopped into strips
40 g (1,4 oz) sour cream
25 g (0,8 oz) onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp oil
1 tbsp flour
0,5 tsp dried ground greenery or to taste
chopped green onion, salt
1. Fry liver in the skillet with oil. Add onion, stew. Mix flour with sour cream thoroughly and add gradually into fried liver.
2. Flavour with dried ground greenery and salt.
3. Serve immediately with mashed potato or hot cooked rice.
