Sweet cookies with cottage cheese.

Description: This recipe is very simple and tasty.

Ingredients:

1 lb flour
250 g (8,8 oz) cottage cheese
125 g (4,4 oz) butter
100 g (3,5 oz) sugar
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten.
1/2 tsp baking powder
vanillin, to taste

Method:

1. Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Stir in the sugar.

2. Rub in the butter with your fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Stir in the egg and mayonnaise. Combine with beaten cottage cheese. 

3. Mix carefully. Make strips and bake in oven until golden.
