10 ea potatoes, peeled, grated.
1 tbsp flour.
1 ea onion, chopped.
salt, fresh greenery (dill, parsley, celery, leek) to taste.
oil to fry.
1. Peel potatoes and grate finely, squeeze out the juice and combine with salt, beaten egg, flour and chopped finely onion.
2. Shape small rounds, roll it and fry in oil. Serve hot with fried chopped onion and fresh greenery, or cream.
