Beet Salad with beans.
A very good appetizer for any occasions. Beet is very useful for digestions and contains a lot of trace elements. Beet Salad cleans our bowels, improve our blood and of course it is very valuable for our skin.
3 ea beets, cooked, peeled and cubed.
4 potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed.
1 tbsp white beans, soaked and cooked.
1 paprika, finely chopped.
3 tbsp olive oil
salt, ground pepper, chopped greenery, vinegar to taste.
1. Combine all ingredients. Stir thoroughly.
