Beets stuffed with raisins
2 - 3 beets, washed, cooked and peeled.
50 g sour cream
1 apple, washed, grated.
1,5 tbsp raisins, washed.
2 tbsp rice, cooked, drained.
1 tbsp butter.
1/3 tsp sugar.
1 g (pinch) ground cinnamon.
1. Combine all ingredients for stuffing.
2. Scoop out the pulp from the cooked beets. Fill beets with the stuffing mixture.
3. Put the stuffed beets into greased pan with oil. Sprinkle with sour cream. Bake in the oven on low heat until done.
