Cabbage salad with apple.
1 lb cabbage
1 apple, grated
3 - 4 tbsp olive oil
1 carrot, grated
Sugar, salt, lime juice to taste
1 medium lime or orange, sliced
1. Slice the cabbage into julienne strips. Sprinkle the cabbage with salt, sugar.
2. Rub the strips with your hands to make them softer and juicier. Add carrot, olive oil and apple. Sprinkle with lime juice. Stir thoroughly.
3. Decorate with lime slices or orange slices.
