Cabbage salad with cucumber.
1 lb cabbage (white firm head)
1 cucumber, cubed
3 - 4 tbsp olive oil
1 carrot, grated
Sugar, salt, lemon acid to taste
Parsley and lettuce leaves, cucumber flower
1. Shred the cabbage into julienne strips. Sprinkle the cabbage with salt, lemon acid and sugar.
2. Rub the strips with your hands to make them softer and juicier. Add carrot, olive oil and cucumber. Stir thoroughly.
3. Serve on lettuce leaves. Decorate with Parsley and cucumber flower.
