Fried Cauliflower.

Russian cuisine and recipes, COOKING the Russian way. Russian cuisine is rich and flavorful. There many healthy and tasty dishes in Russian cooking.Ingredients:

Fried Cauliflower 1 head Cauliflower, broken into small florets
1 egg, beaten.
salt to taste
0,5 tsp dried ground greenery (parsley, dill, Celery) or to taste
5 - 7 tbsp flour
4 - 7 tbsp oil

Method: 

1. Beat egg up with dried ground greenery and salt. 

2. Dip Cauliflower florets in beaten egg, than coat with flour. Place on very hot skillet and fry in oil Fried Cauliflower until golden, stirring.

3. Serve immediately, with ketchup.
