Cucumber - pepper Salad.
2 cucumbers, sliced thin.
1 purple onion, chopped finely.
2 red bell pepper, sliced thin.
1 tsp garlic powder, crushed.
pinch ground black pepper
1 - 2 tbsp oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped.
1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped.
salt to taste
Combine pepper, dill, parsley, garlic powder, oil, salt and sugar in a bowl.
Add sliced vegetables to mixture. Stir until all vegetables are coated.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
