Cucumber - tomato - corn Salad.
2 cucumbers, sliced thin.
1 - 2 medium size tomatoes, cut in wedges.
1 - 2 tbsp sweet corn, canned
fresh parsley or celery.
2 - 3 tbsp fresh sour cream
salt to taste
1. Put sliced cucumbers on the serving dish, put over chopped in wedges tomatoes, top with sweet corn.
2. Sprinkle with sour cream.
3. Season to taste with salt. Decorate with parsley or celery.
Makes 3 servings.
