Hot white Beans stewed.

White Beans Salad.Ingredients.

300 grams (12 oz) white beans 
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil 
1 paprika, chopped 
2 tbsp mayonnaise 
parsley
vinegar
tomato sauce 
salt 

Method:

1. Soak beans overnight in plenty of water. Rinse and remove any remaining skin on beans. Place beans in a saucepan with enough water to cover beans. Cook until beans are soft. Skim the surface of water at intervals. When cooked, drain. 

2. Place beans in a serving dish and drizzle olive oil over beans, add tomato sauce into hot beans. Stir, add onion,  salt to taste and remaining ingredients. Stew. Decorate with Celery or Melissa leaves. Serve hot.
