Boston Caribbean coffee.
Ingredients:
1 oz. Cacao (Brown) liqueur
1 oz. Dark Rum
rest Hot Coffee
Direction:
1. Dip rim of Irish coffee glass in lime juice, then in sugar. Pour liqueur and rum into the glass.
2. Fill with freshly brewed coffee. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with a cinnamon stick as a stirrer.
