Home made kefir with berry jam.
3 cups Milk
3 tbsp sour cream.
Method:
1. Heat the milk in an oven on the lowest temperature for 7 hours.
2. Leave it until became warm. Add sour cream and stir well. Keep in a warm place for 24 hours or until set.
3. Keep in refrigerator. You can add 1 tsp of berry jam just before you serve.
