Lettuce with pancakes and salmon
(much exquisite).
Yield: 6 servings
1,8 oz (50 g) lentils,
1 big carrot,
1 stalk a pommel - a leek,
2 tbsp (tablespoons) flour,
1 egg, salt, pepper,
7 tbsp oil,
5,3 oz (150 g) Lettuce,
2 tbsp of vinegar,
4,4 oz (125 g) smoked Salmon, slices.
Cooking Instructions:
To Soak a lentil on the night in cool water. The following (next) day wash thoroughly Lentil and boil in water for 25 minutes. Drain and cool.
Grate the carrot. cut onion a leek to fine circles. Blend together Lentil, carrot, leek, flour, egg, salt,
pepper. Heat the pan with 4 tbsp oil. Pour 4 little rounds of lentil dough on the pan. Cook until light brown, about 2 - 4 minutes on each side. Put golden pancakes in the warm oven.
Lettuce wash and dry. For dressing-mix together a salt, pepper, vinegar and disturb until salt completely will be dissolved. Whip with 3 tablespoons of oil.
Distribute salad and Salmon on 4 plates. Season with dressing and put on pancakes.
Preparation: 40 minutes.
Soak: for 8 hours.
Cook: for 25 Minutes.
