Chicken salad, puffed.
1 chicken breast, fillet, cubed.
2 - 3 boiled potatoes, grated.
1 - 2 onions, finely chopped.
3 - 4 eggs, hard boiled
3/4 cup cheese, grated.
100 g - 130 g mayonnaise
garlic
dill or olives, for decoration
Cooking Instructions:
1. For first layer: Arrange cubed chicken breast on the bottom of deep bowl.
2. For second layer: Spread finely chopped onion over chicken.
3. Next layer: grated potatoes.
4. Over potatoes arrange grated eggs mixed with mayonnaise and crushed garlic.
5. Sprinkle, scatter with grated cheese.
6. Top with mayonnaise. Decorate with fresh dill or with olives.
