Stuffed goose with apples and cumin.
Description:
This unusual dish with delicate, fine taste will conquer the hearts and stomachs of the strictest gourmets.
Ingredients:
1 goose, washed.
Ingredients for Filling:
1 - 1,5 kg tart apples, cored, chopped.
2 onions, chopped.
1 tbsp flour.
marjoram.
salt, mixed with cumin.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Sprinkle goose with salt - cumin mixture. Fill the goose with chopped apples. Put on baking sheet chopped onions, place over goose.
2. Bake in the oven for 1,5 - 2 hours, pouring over the jus from the sheet regularly. If need add cup of water.
3. Make sauce: bring to boil cup of water, gradually add to it
flour mixed in dollop of water. Stirring regularly. Flavour with marjoram the
sauce.
Pour over the goose.
Serve hot.
