Cabbage fried with mushrooms.
Ingredients:
1 cup onion, chopped.
2 cup mushrooms, pickled or salted, chopped.
1 paprika, chopped.
3 carrot medium size, grated.
2 tomatoes, diced, un drained.
2 tbsp tomato sauce.
1/2 teaspoon dried leaf basil, crumbled.
1/2 teaspoon dried dill, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, crumbled
salt, ground pepper to taste
400 g (14 oz) cabbage, shredded
3/4 cup Soya oil
Cooking Instructions:
Fry onion in a large skillet with oil until
golden. Add paprika, fry for minute. Add carrot and
fry, stirring, until golden brown. Add tomatoes, than cabbage and fry until
golden. Add seasonings, drained greenery, tomato sauce, mushrooms and stew several minutes,
stirring.
Serve hot.
