Mushroom sauce.
5 - 7 ea dried mushrooms.
2 onion
1 tbsp flour
salt,
oil to fry.
greenery to taste.
Method:
1. Mushrooms to soak into the water for 4 - 5 hours. Wash carefully and cook until done.
2. Blanch onion in oil until golden, add flour and fry until golden. Gradually add to the skillet a little mushroom's broth, stirring, to create a smooth sauce. Mix very carefully.
3. This mixture add to mushrooms broth, stirring, cook 7 - 10 minutes. Add greenery.
4. Serve hot with potatoes cutlets.
