Cottage cheese cutlets.
(Cooked from cottage cheese.).
Description: Cottage cheese cutlets recipe. It is very healthy, simple and tasty.
Ingredients:
4 - 7 tbsp flour
1 lb cottage cheese
4 oz sugar
1 - 2 egg
vanillin, to taste
oil - to fry
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients carefully.
2. Knead with your fingertips. Make cutlets, coat with flour and fry in
preheated greased pan with oil until golden. When one side is cooked, turn the it over and fry the other side.
Serve hot, with cream or sour cream.
