Pumpkin - apples salad, with spices.
Description:
Pumpkin is perfect food for dietary cooking.
Ingredients:
500 g (1,1 lb) pumpkin, peeled, deseeded, grated.
300 g (10,6 oz) apples, cored, grated.
1 tsp ground caraway seeds.
1 tsp ground dill seeds.
2 tbsp oil.
Method:
1. Mix grated pumpkin with apples.
2. Add remained ingredients. Stir well.
3. Decorate and serve.
