Radish salad with cucumber.
200 g (7 oz) radish, sliced
200 g (7 oz) cucumbers, sliced
100 g (3,5 oz) green onions, finely chopped
50 g (1,7 oz) olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
salt to taste
1 tsp lime juice
Method:
Combine all ingredients, sprinkle with lime juice. Stir thoroughly.
